This food is helpful in reducing age-related inflammation in the body, which greatly reduces the risk of dementia. In this study, more than 1000 elderly people were included and they were given anti-inflammatory fruit. After this, his health was monitored for three years. Some of these people were given 20 pieces of fruit, 19 times vegetables, four times leguminous vegetables and 11 cups of tea or coffee in the diet every week. When it was analyzed after three years, most of the people’s memory and intellectual ability became better than before.

Instead, they can consume healthy diet such as seasonal fruits, green vegetables, pulses, leguminous vegetables, berries etc. With these foods, not only the health of the brain remains correct, but the body gets all kinds of nutrients, due to which the body remains healthy. Means healthy life can be made from healthy food.
