avoid high sugar diet
It is a well-known habit to increase the amount of sugar in food in winter. People can like to enjoy sweets like Gajar Ka Halwa and Gulab Jamun. The consumption of these sweets should be minimized and should not be taken in excess. Consumption of both salt and sugar is injurious to health, and should be reduced.
