After doing this process, the doctor takes pictures with fluoroscope x-ray. In this picture, information about the open or closed of your fallopian tubes is available.

There is slight pain in the test
It takes about 5-7 minutes to process the fallopian tube test. There is little pain in this process. In such a situation, about an hour before the test, doctors usually give pain killers. Even after the test, you may have trouble for the next few days. Symptoms like pain in the lower abdomen, fatigue are common in this. There is a possibility of pelvic infection or injury. Why physical relation should not be made after period and before test
After the period and before the HSG test, doctors forbid physical relations.
