There were 7 studies on whether sugar level after eating is controlled by standing or walking and in all the studies it was found that it is better to stand and take a short walk than to sit after eating. During the study, people who stood up after eating their blood sugar level improved but insulin did not change, while those who took a short walk after eating, not only their blood sugar level decreased but insulin also came to the level.
