Due to this, blood circulation suddenly becomes faster. In this situation, the heart has to create tremendous pressure to accelerate the flow of blood. The heart tries not to harm the nervous system near the skin by increasing the flow of blood.

According to the news published in the Indian Express, Dr. Behl says that when you stop shivering with cold, it puts more pressure on the heart. It is said that earlier fitness experts used to explain the relationship between metabolism and cold water. He said that as soon as cold water falls, the body’s metabolism becomes high. This increases energy in the body and reduces calories. Some researchers even said that bathing in icy water strengthens the immune system. This increases your immunity.

Pour water on feet first
Experts say this is wrong. People should take bath with lukewarm water. First of all water should be poured on the feet and then water should be poured on the body. Due to this, there will be no shock to the body and the body temperature will remain normal.
