Sit on your mat in Padmasana or Ardha Padmasana. Keep the waist and neck straight and make a meditation posture. Now close your eyes and pronounce the word ‘Om’ and focus on your breathing.

This exercise works to reduce your entire body fat. To do this, first stand on your mat.
Now lift both the hands from the front and move them to the top of the head. Keep in mind that you keep breathing.
Simultaneously, move your right foot backwards with a jerk. Your arms and one leg will rise together and come back to their place.
You do this process till the count of 10.
Now rest a little.
Now again move both your hands up with a jerk and this time throw the left foot backwards with a jerk. During this, take a deep breath and release it.
You also do this process till the count of 10.
If you want, you can increase or decrease the practice according to your ability.
Now keep your left foot forward and keep both hands up.
After this start counting and lift your right foot forward with a jerk and bring both the hands down. Keep breathing during this.
Keep doing this exercise till the count of -10.
After that take some rest.
Now put your right foot forward and keep both hands up.
Now start counting and bring the left foot forward with a jerk and bring both the hands down.
In this way you can increase the practice according to your ability.
