In the YouTube live session of News18 Hindi, yoga instructor Savita Yadav gave information about some similar yoga exercises, which you can do daily and keep your body fit.

First of all, sit in Padmasana or any posture on your mat. Close the eyes and make a posture of meditation. Keep your waist and neck absolutely straight. Now concentrate on your coming and going breath and pronounce the word Om.
Stand straight on your mat. Now take a deep breath and fill the air in your stomach. Hold for some time and then slowly exhale the air out of the mouth. Do this process 10 times. You can keep the hands on both sides or you can also keep them behind. Keep in mind that your stomach is coming once inside and once outside. By doing this, the muscles of the stomach become flexible and the problem of constipation is removed.
Now, just like the first exercise, stand on the mat and bend forward by making 60 degrees. Keep both the hands behind you by making a grip. Now while taking a deep breath, inflate the stomach and hold it. Now while exhaling, turn the stomach inwards. You can see the complete exercise on the video link.
Now you will practice Hastottanasana and Padahastasana. For this, you stand straight on the mat and inhale while raising your hands and bend backwards. Now while exhaling, bend forward. If there is pain in the back, do not bend forward too much. Do this for 10 cycles.
Now stand in the posture of Tadasana. For this, raise your hands up and take a deep breath. Stretch the body upwards and count till 10. You can see the complete exercise on the video link.
