Malasan- Doing Malasan helps in reducing the weight. This is Malshuddhiasana which removes the problem of constipation. There can also be a problem of weight gain due to constipation. To practice this, you stand on the mat and fold both the knees and sit on the toes. Now try to stretch the legs on both sides keeping your elbows between both the knees. Now make a posture of salutation and keep the waist straight. Now count to 20.
Make feet fit like this- You stand on the mat and stand on your toes once and then jump and stand on your heels. You do this 20 times. If you have difficulty in balance, then practice it by taking the support of the wall. Regularizing this exercise will strengthen all the muscles of your legs and burn fat faster.
