start with care
Sit on your mat in Padmasana or Ardha Padmasana. Keep the waist and neck straight and make a meditation posture. Now close your eyes and pronounce the word ‘Om’. Concentrate on your inhaling breath.

How to remove waist fat

first exercise
Stand on your mat. Now throw the right foot backwards with a jerk and simultaneously raise both the hands and move them backwards with a jerk. Then put your feet and hands back in their place. In the same way you repeat till the count of 20. After this do the same process with your left leg.

second exercise
Now put the right foot on your mat a little forward and keep both the hands raised. Starting the exercise, bring your left foot forward upwards and hands from the front to the bottom with a jerk and come back to your previous position. Do this process continuously till the count of 20. Now do the same process by taking the other leg forward. After that relax and take a deep breath. You can watch the video on the link given below.

third exercise
Extend both your legs. Keeping the hands on the right knee, bend it from the bottom side. Then come to your first position and bend towards the other knee and bend down. Do this process 10 times. Then join both the legs.

fourth exercise
Spread both your legs and stretch both the toes outwards. Extend both the hands forward and while inhaling bend the knees. Keep in mind that your waist should be straight and your eyes should be towards the front. Hold in this position. Then while exhaling, straighten the knee. Do this 10 times.

fifth exercise
Stretch the toes outwards while spreading both the legs. Now keeping both the knees folded, keep the hands on the knee. Hold in this position till the count of 10. You can watch the full exercise on the video link.
