First of all, sit in Padmasana or any posture on your mat. Now interlock the fingers of the hands and lift them up. Now count up to 20 by stretching the back, hands, shoulders, waist etc. Now come back to the previous state while relaxing. Now close the eyes and make a posture of meditation. Keep your waist and neck absolutely straight. Now concentrate on your coming and going breath and pronounce the word Om. Now warm up all your organs. first practice
Sit straight on your mat by opening your legs forward. Open both the hands also on both sides and while inhaling move backwards from the waist and touch the toes of the left foot with the fingers of the right hand. Exhale looking at the hands behind. Now do this process while rotating on the other side. During this exercise, keep the waist straight and try to see the hand going back. Do this 10 times.

second exercise
Keep the legs straight on the mat and keep both the feet together. Keep the waist straight and while making a fist of both the hands, bend backwards and inhale. Now, bending forward while exhaling, bring your fist to the toes like grinding a mill. Do this for 10 rounds. Relax a bit. After this, do this exercise by spreading the legs slightly in front.

third exercise
Now sit on the pat with the legs spread forward and while inhaling, turn back and bend keeping both the hands on the floor.
