Prepare yourself in this way for yoga practice

Open one leg straight on the mat and place the toes of the other leg on the floor by touching the thigh of the first leg. Now raise both the hands and while inhaling, bend till the knee of the straight leg and then become straight. Do this for 10 cycles. Then do this exercise with the other leg.
Now keep the leg which you had kept in front towards the side and keep the other knee bent. Now raise one hand and bend towards the open leg as far as you can and take a deep breath.
